Connections

Connecting: From Concept to Craftsmanship

Objectives & solution
For Milan Design Week 2025, Casa Milana introduced a striking new collection of furniture and lighting, centered around the interaction between the human body and design. The pieces explore how form and functionality foster presence, awareness, and emotional connection.

We had the honor of supporting Casa Milana in the production of the Mattarello Sofa and Cosima lamp family — key pieces in the collection that reflects both technical ambition and deep design intention.

Our role focused on bridging the gap between concept and execution:

– We identified and connected Casa Milana with a manufacturing partner capable of handling high-quality craftsmanship and complex, sculptural forms.

– We supported the full production process, from material research to prototyping, ensuring every detail aligned with the designer’s vision.

– We facilitated communication and problem-solving between design and manufacturing teams, safeguarding both creative integrity and production feasibility.

This project exemplifies our mission at Connective Impact: to enable meaningful collaboration between designers and manufacturers and help bold ideas come to life through the right partnerships and strategic support.
