Wally Yachts, a prestigious luxury yacht brand, came to us with the tasks of refining their brand identity, both online and offline, and developing a strategy to define the brand’s positioning, messaging, and long-term objectives and ensuring consistent communication across all touchpoints.
Phase 1: Brand Book
In the first phase of our partnership with Wally Yachts, we conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the company’s existing brand identity, market positioning, and customer touchpoints. Our analysis revealed a gap in the brand’s visual identity, which lacked the innovative, sophisticated, and progressive qualities essential for reinforcing its luxury status. Additionally, we noted inconsistencies across various touchpoints, affecting the brand’s overall cohesion.
With these insights in mind, we set out to refine Wally Yachts’ brand identity, ensuring it was not only visually appealing but also functional. The updated identity was crafted to enhance customer navigation and readability, with a careful balance to ensure that colors and patterns did not overpower the messaging. To ensure consistency and guide future content creation, we developed a comprehensive brand book, which outlined the refreshed brand DNA, a visual brand system, and clear guidelines for all communications. This foundation set the stage for a unified and compelling brand presence moving forward.
Phase 2: Website
We applied the refined brand identity to Wally Yachts’ new website design, ensuring that the digital presence aligned seamlessly with the updated visual and functional elements established in Phase 1. Our approach was centered on functionality, prioritizing a user experience that was as intuitive and sophisticated as the brand itself. We utilized the brand’s color palette in a refined way, ensuring the design was both clear and relevant, while maintaining the luxury feel throughout.


The exceptional results were recognized within the industry, as the project went on to win two prestigious awards: the Interactive Key Award – Gold and the MuseAward – Platinum.
