
Brand evolution & Strategy for a furniture manufacturer.
Objectives
Gili Creations, a leading high-end Italian furniture manufacturing company, came to us with multiple objectives: Design their brand identity, develop the brand’s presence both online and off-line, align their strategy and internal work process, and drive business growth through strategic collaborations.
Phase 1: Visual Brand Development
Based on an in-depth research phase, analyzing the client’s existing brand DNA, market positioning, and operational framework, we designed the brand identity and developed the website, reflecting their commitment to excellence and showcase their high-end production to a global audience.



Phase 2: Brand strategy & FSC certification
We identified there was a disconnect between the brand’s goal, – product and services, – target group and market demands. A significant part of our tasks therefore involved reshaping the internal organization to increase efficiency and adapt an international tone-of-voice.


We oversaw the implementation of the Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI) system, introduced a new management and technical software and led the process to achieve the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification.
Phase 3: Strategizing collaborations
We facilitated strategic collaborations for Gili Creations with some of the most prestigious names in the hospitality industry, including Four Seasons, Mandarin Oriental, Marriott Group, Ritz-Carlton, The EDITION Hotel, and W Hotels. These collaborations not only elevated Gili Creations’ brand profile but also opened new revenue streams and market opportunities.
Phase 4: Strategic Communication and New Business
We managed key account meetings at both the national and international levels.
Creative partnership: We conducted in-depth research to identify and connect with leading architectural and creative firms, aligning with our client’s business goals. Through targeted outreach, we fostered potential partnerships that opened doors for new business development and collaboration opportunities.
